Ingredients:
Eggs(Boiled) 4 to 5
Onion 2 nos
Green chillis 4 nos
A pinch of turmeric
Coriander leaves 3-4 strands
Oil 1 tea spoon
Garam masala (or Chicken masala) 1 tea spn
Curry leaves 5 to 6 nos
Mustard seeds 1/4 tea spn
Salt to taste
Method:
. Cut the eggs into small pieces.
. Heat oil & add mustard seeds.
. When they start spluttering, add curry leaves and green chillis.
. Add finely chopped onion & fry till they turn golden brown.
. Add egg pieces, salt, turmeric, masala(chicken or garam ).
. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
